d e i is no better than the affirmative action giving people jobs that they don't deserve they're not qualified for and in some cases because they're not qualified for like pilots air traffic controllers truck drivers cab drivers You're putting lives in danger so no we need to do away with that and the affirmative action start giving people jobs on their merit not on their skin color or their gender identity
