YOU DONT HAVE ALL THE FACTS ETHER SO DONT BE SO QUICK TO JUDGE. i use to work for Highway of Transportation . where i got to see first hand of INOCENT DRIVERS AND THEIR LOVE ONES ( BABIES & CHILDREN) BEING KILLED OR PERMANTLY CRIPPLED. BELIEVE ME IT ONLY TOOK ONE SCENE OF SUCH A TRAGEDY TO APPRECIATE OUR POLICE AND FIRST RESPONDERS. GROW UP PEOPLE.

Let's be fair to the police officer. He has probably seen dead people who were killed by drunk drivers. The woman in the car may have appeared to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When we start to be fair-minded and look at like that we can maybe understand what's really going on. Let's give some grace to law enforcement officials.

I agree with what cliff said if she was drunk driving she's guilty if she's on meds. She shouldn't have been driving but we didn't see him chase her or pull her over, so we couldn't tell what if the car was swerving or not so. I'm going to have to say it's kind of justified, but he gets. He's got a little overzealous like most cops do.

How was the officer to know her medical condition? LE are trained on a lot of things but brain bleeds, or any other medical condition that make you operate a vehicle as if you’ve been drinking gives them probable cause to stop and arrest you, the medical side of this is usually found out after. Did she survive the brain bleed?

This is what law enforcement doesn't need, unhinged, mentally unstable hotheads.
IMHO, police face all kinds of crazy every day, and they absolutely do need to be cautious. However, that being said, as soon as she was cuffed, she should have been transported to the nearest medical facility for evaluation and treatment. When you're having a stroke or a brain bleed or a hypoglycemia event, it is more likely than not that you will speak incoherently or even be unable to speak at all. Literally, every minute counts. Receiving timely medical treatment can make the difference between possible recovery, permanent disability or even death. This officer's weight had nothing to do with his behavior. This is a perfect example of poor training. Hopefully, law enforcement will use this as a training clip as in "What NOT to do !". Hopefully, this woman fully recovered.
