you only lose your right to vote while completing your sentence. once you're done with parole or probation, you can absolutely vote. (I double checked and this is accurate for Nebraska, too)

felonies mean Federal level so each state is allowed to have their own rules but a felony is federal and voting is a federal so as a convicted felon myself I'm not on probation I don't know any fines I'm not on parole I voted this year I voted every year for the last 20 since I got out of prison for breaking and entering class b felony in my state
