growing up in Brooklyn like I did and seeing a story like this is so nostalgic. I'm 48 years old so in the 80s and 90s is when I was growing up and seeing this brings back a lot of memories. I didn't go to the skate ring in the Bronx but I had my own little places in Brooklyn like this. thank you for sharing this story. a nice positive video to watch in the midst of so much negativity

I traveled to both and skated mainly at the best spot Ever Empire Roller Skating Rink. The last stop on the 2-or 5 train can u imagine the train Ride home It was more fun than u know

but what happened was the game started hanging out there and they started shooting up each other so there was a lot of fights and I guess after a while they close it down
