what's really funny is I went to the police station and talked to one of the high-ranking officers and he told me it was legal to change lanes without signaling as long as it didn't effect the traffic around you 🙄 It's all just a big pile of BS. He only said that cause I have many videos of there officers speeding and changing lanes with no signal or emergency lights on.

The second you think to need to move over to the next lane one must signal, with traffic or without traffic. Respect your luxurious right to drive and choose to do better things with your money Instead of paying traffic tickets or time going to court.
