my wife & I used together for almost 11 years. I kicked back in 2019 after 17 overdoses. She got clean in 2020. She relapsed in 2023 and is once again coming up on her 6 months. I've never considered going back to that misery. It's tough for most couples to get clean together because when one is weak, the other usually follows. But, like most things w addicts, if we want something bad enough, there's no stopping us!Stories like this need to be told more often. It's a story about the underdog winning! This is a seed of hope. I pray that it helps someone!

I was a heroin addict for almost 35 yrs bro . one day I had enough bro I told God get me out of this addiction please God help me 🙏❤ and you know what bro he did help me I been clean up for 7yrs and a half bro . God is good bro we just have to ask him pray to him and he will do it bro amen ❤ God bless y'all bro keep going forward never look back bro cz we woke that road 1.000 times bro we know what out there bro so if we go back again we probably won't make it ok . congrats on your beautiful family and recovery . my partner and I have been together for 10+ years on and off and have been through so much including addiction . it's almost killed me and him a couple times and I got tired of it . we've been sober 5 years and counting I can't wait to have babies and have a chance at hugging my 13 yr old son again and having him see our house and our accomplishments and be the mom he's deserved.
