Fuck what she's doing- Are we going to ignore the fact that AN INMATE HAS A CELL PHONE IN PRISON? Huge contraband item that creates ALL KINDS of security issues that create safety issues for the inmates, the staff, the institution, AND THE PUBLIC. Everybody's so busy micromanaging law enforcement that no one is going to even recognize that some staff member brought an inmate a cell phone. Wonderful- amazing- and the sum of ignorance on even a basic scale.

this is a cell check they do it everyday before bed it's real quick in and out about 5 to 10 seconds one guard is in the control room unlocks each cell one at a time while the 2nd guard does the cell check
