To me, it looks like she dropped her bank card and has freshly done nails and is struggling to pick it up off the floor. Im not sure why everyone is assuming she's high. I got NO nails literally lol and I dropped my bank card on the store floor before, and I could not get it picked up off the floor for the life of me haha. Go to a medical journal on diagnosis. it is classified as a disease, addiction is also genetic. So go argue with the doctors that have proven this scientifically. it's not just an opinion. You have the right to judge anyone you want because then you are the one that is going to be held accountable by God and the universe. just because you have never had that problem doesn't mean it's not real. I don't think God cares what your judgement of his child is. Btw there is a medical diagnosis called neuropathy that is a numbness in the finger tips and toes. it is very hard to pick up small or thin stuff almost impossible and very embarrassing Diabetics have it. Diabetics can also appear to be drunk when their blood sugar gets to low. Educate yourself.
If this was 25 years ago or more people would have stopped and treated her like a human. Mainly because they were in touch with their humanity and empathy towards others. These days all that's gone and when you see someone needing help or in a sad situation the first thing that they do is pull out the phone.
