Ummm....what if there's a human who needs help in there or could possibly be dead?. I think the Tumwater Police Department needs to kick in the front door to make sure, and then rescue these innocent pets. Someone needs to smash in a window!!!!????

I’m one of the neighbors. These ppl left this dog in 95 degree weather for a week with no food or water beat this dog since he was a puppy and never fed him. We’ve called animal services we’ve made all the complaints and they still did nothing. It resulted in the dog bitting an officer when someone called a welfare check on them. And the dogs since been put down. But now they have ANOTHER puppy they are doing the same thing too. We again have made complaints to animal services to the apt complex but everyone is telling us the same thing “there’s nothing we can do”. When there’s obviously abuse and neglect going on. We do not want the same fate for this new puppy but it looks like she will be dead before she’s one just like Rocco.

Someone throw a boulder through the flipping glass door!! Call a welfare check in to the police that you think their is a dead person in there. Contact the company that runs those apts.

Typo on my part. This dog is dead. Animal control failed this poor dog. Residents have called animal control and asked apartment managers to do something. People have stopped by to feed and water the animals. The apartment is locked up. The cat that remains has no access to food water or air. It’s toxic to breathe in urine. Help
