Completely impulsive and inconsiderate. if she just wanted to post a video she could have done this with her friends in a closed environment. This is not only ridiculous to do to people shopping and minding their business, but incredibly triggering and traumatic on many levels. Bet she wouldn't think it was funny if she had ever been snatched, kidnapped, dragged, abused, or witnessed such things, or heard or seen or been in a bad situation where either injury or tragedy was occurring.
