Why is this child in prison ? At 7 years old a baby himself, playing and experimenting with things in his environment, trying to understand better his surroundings, yet, he is accused of being the youngest criminal in prison. What is he going to do in prison ? He needs to be taught to do good things. All children can learn, given the right education,& environment plus, proper emotional nurturing.

WTF leaves a child in charge of a baby? Danny needs to be placed in a mental institution, not jail! The parents should get 25 to life because they are more responsible for what happened to their daughter than Danny is! More importantly, that sort of egregious and heinous behavior doesn't just happen one day out of nowhere. He exhibited troubling behavior before that day, that's why his parents should get at least 25 years without the possibility of parole!

Not how the story goes. It was 4 kids left home alone by mom and her boyfriend and on or two of the siblings put the baby in the oven. All other details fabricated as the case is sealed and details not released.
