Highly likely that the homeowner/ gun owner will be prosecuted for using a firearm. This is why you DEMAND a trail by jury not a judge. It would be hard to get 12 people to agree putting the homeowner in jail.

OK, this is just weird! I mean, I see the car PASS wants and somebody threw something at it and then the car backs up and it doesn’t turn around and comes back to the same car. I’m guessing all within seconds and then finally a guy comes up with his gun and he should’ve unloaded that gun into the car and the Pearson, I hope she got what he was aiming for! Go buy a speed loader or two for that revolver or buy a real home defense firearm that has high capacity with a couple extra mags for reloads, mine is a Springfield Armory XDm 9mm with 19 1 capacity, that's 20 rounds at the ready. Plus a plethora of backup goodies!
