Two girls were being bullied in middle school and they went to the teacher and he ignored them so they went to my son and tearfully told him everything. He went after them with both guns blazing and beat the two guys up. They were all called into the office w/the parents and I felt so sorry for the two girls. They were crying pretty hard telling their story. The parents didn't say anything and the vice principal reassured everyone they would call in the teacher that was initially contacted. They need to suspend any faculty member that doesn't take action against bullies. This is serious. It's premeditated assault and battery.
Anyone caught Bullying should be expelled. Let their parents deal with their shit. We have seriously failed to protect our children. The School district & everyone from Principals to teachers need to be held accountable.
I admire the parents who took legal action against the bullies. That will put the bullies and their parents on notice that you cannot just beat up and torture people cuz you are stupid and raised by wolves. Hopefully, the kids and parents got sued and that kids have a record and juvenile court or court of common pleas. I'll bet you the bullies will not ever do that again, it will be a great lesson for them to learn.
No need to go the legal route myself and I’m sure many other parents would gladly deal with these lil POS. I don’t care what their age is if you think you’re superior too another person then you must be grown enough to receive a major 🫏 kicking. I also don’t give 2 💩if you don’t like what I said here. I’m a daughter dad and if this ever happened to my daughter they’d find out how it feels to experience the same beat down. Parents don’t hold their kids accountable for 💩 anymore. Us 70-80s kids grew up knowing if we F’d up even around someone else’s parents they’d give you a smack and call your parents and we’d get it worse at home. I’m not saying beat your kids 🫏 but make them accountable for their actions.
Sadly enough, bullying is as old as time itself. We need stronger, stiffer laws with regard to bullying. Kids should know that if they hurt someone with their bullying they will get jail time. This should also pertain to the parents too.

kids as young as ten can get charged with assault in NYS my son was charged with assault after trying to walk away from a bully the kid continued to push amd bully and following my kid and my son smoked him n cracked his tooth at 10 years old n is getting changed with assault. broken system
I think not only the kids that did this should be held responsible but their parents as well. That will make them start to parent theses animals that they didn’t raise as good individuals.

Bullying has been around probably back to the caveman days. But today the bullying is a whole other level. Used to deal with it during school hours. Now it's 24/7 and public beyond the school. Harsh. Between bullying, fentanyl, and technology. I wouldn't want to be a school aged kid again.

I do not. These bullies need some strong punishment. No more slap on the wrists, or "kids will be kid." Its time they started seeing assault charges. Bullies need to be stopped. Perhaps some threat of jail time might slow some of them down. I doubt it though. Kids think they're invisible.
