A hospital cannot turn away someone who is suicidal. If they cannot provide mental health services there they need to call an ambulance to transport him there. If they let him walk out and he kills himself they are liable. At least where I live in Ohio.

this bothers me on so many levels. I struggle with severe depression n anxiety n panic attacks n it is a living hell. that man has a desire to want to live and he came asking for help just to be turned away. I seriously prey he did not lose all hope bcuz of them cruel obviously dnt kno the law freaking pigs n hosp staff and leave that building feeling that his life really don't matter bcuz of their heartless actions go out and do wat can't be undone. sir I hope you see this and read these comments and know that all of us strangers do care about u and u do matter to all of us. dont quit don't give up. you do matter. omg this hurts my heart so bad.
