I was in Steamboat Springs driving home one night when I was quite buzzed and had some questionable party favors with me. I straightened up and I was nervous as hell when he got right behind me. Then just as I was sure I was going to jail and my heart is in my throat the lights came on and I started to slow down and pull over the cop suddenly passed me and got the guy in front of me for crossing the center line. I'm surprised the officer didn't hear me hootin and hollering as I drove past them! You take the blessings when you can!

I鈥檓 not understanding why the cop sped up right on his backend like that for one. It鈥檚 against the law for anybody else to follow that close behind another driver. Apparently the cop wasn鈥檛 paying attention to the traffic in the neighboring lane either. But most likely he was just being a jerk because he can. This is a cop using their position to disregard other drivers cause they think they own the road and can drive anyway they want. He wasn鈥檛 thinking about anyone鈥檚 safety.
