I want to know who was recording also. The person recording definitely knows that this a sexual pat down. The person knows that the officer is rubbing on this lady's breast sexually. Then also a female officer is supposed to be called on the scene if a female is being detained and needs to be searched.

It's unfortunate I have to lead my comment w/a disclaimer, but then again, we live in 2024. Although ONLY an available female officer, on location until she's brought into the police dept, if you all actually look at this (more than once) he never groped her breasts at all, but instead did all he legally can do, and is trained to do, which was run his singular finger down her sternum (b/t her breasts) to check for anything quickly shoved under the thicker mid-bra section. Not all cops are proper nor even good, but the majority we couldn't & wouldn't want to live without. It's those of "you all" who jump to conclude upon a nanosecond glance, here & pursuant to many other videos I've watched (non-cop related) which should make the majority beg and plead for a jury to never be made up of the aforementioned bozos!!

Um, as a female nurse that has experience treating violent criminally charged mental health patients, we are taught the same method for searching patients for contraband or weapons, by using the side of your hand (the side of your thumb or pinkie, but not the flat of your palms or fingers) around sensitive areas. It looks to me like he is also using the side of his hand/thumb to slide between and under the breasts, where contraband like drugs or razors can be hidden in a bra. However, that might have been better done with a female officer.

Officer Academy 101- Female Officer present and doing the search of females. Simple as that! Shame on the person who is video taping they should know better as well. in the state of Tennessee a male officer can pat a female down using the back of his hand but not the front and theu will have the female lift her bra and shake it out for them and when u get to the station that's when the female officer will pat u completely down ik from experience and they don't get in trouble what that officer did was wrong on all accounts

There is a way to frisk a female for weapons. THAT IS NOT THE WAY! You use “non-sensory surfaces of the hand.” Back or side of the hand. And you don’t linger anywhere. I used to explain what I was doing as I did the frisk. And always had a voice tape recorder on. Never got a single complaint. Of course my jurisdiction was one of the larger counties in the state. We didn’t have females on all shifts. And waiting 30 to 45 minutes or more wasn’t feasible. Never got a complaint. Always booked the tape as evidence of stop, arrest, frisk, and transport.Taught cross-gender searches in Academy, and D-Tac Instructor classes for college.
