He must be using both arms during the 3000 times a day cuz if you look at his left arm that he shows at the end it's already red yet he hits the stone with his right arm so I believe if he's actually doing this he uses both arms but why I have no idea to me just like everyone else that's a stupid thing to do he should come up with something better
