ok im confused was the person in the red a child or an adult ( looks like a child to me ). ìt looked like they were trying to get to the baby or drop it. and yes she should know how to swim. and if the people on the bank have a water phobia their brain doesn't function right at the moment. and yes I would risk my life for a child.
