Actually, he ignored a very important point. The traffic speed could just as easily been sighted in a car beside him or in front of him. That sign means NOTHING. The radar on the police cruiser is the one the court will go by.

the radar will pock up the biggest veichel. so if you was in. front of the bus it was its speed if the officer was using radar ot would be the bus. go on you search engine and type in fighting a speeding ticket in court it will tell uou.how to argue it in court if the court find you guilty then go to a higher court. check the laws in your state if you do not get a court hearing in 6 months it should be removed from.court.

My grandson got a ticket for going 36 in a 35mph zone in PA. He calmly took the ticket and proceeded on his way going 34 just to play it safe. Where are the people saying that you're allowed to go 5 over the speed limit? If you ever get a ticket going 1 to 5 over the speed limit, take it to court and tell the judge that it's ok. Let us know the outcome.
