After crashing and flipping his car into the water near the Flordia Keys back in March, Jahmal Parker was shot by officers. Witnesses say once they brought Parker back to shore he tried to walk away as officers tried to render aid. It wasn't until Parker grabbed a taser the two officers on scene opened fired for fear of their life.
