A lady in Fairt, Ca had been with State Farm since she bought the house 20+ years. There was a big storm and it resulted in a leak in her front room. State Farm denied her claim, that the front room was not a part of the original house...the homes are built in cookie cutter groupings...piece of shit company. She lives alone and is a military widow...
I’ve owned a water, fire, and disaster restoration company for 26 years and have worked with many adjusters over the years and thankfully they have been professional and well educated in their job, but this guy needs to stay in the office behind the desk and let someone that knows something about roofs to write up this adjustment! He’s a joke and more concerned about his end of the year bonus which is determined by how much money he saves his company on annual adjustments!
