I commend you. My advice to those who are overwhelmed, stop having kids. Birth control is not that difficult to obtain. Get birth control before hand. Save yourself, instead of killing innocent kids. I commend those who can handle struggles. Ladies, get help, be it birth control (3-5 year implants), treatment for depression, maybe someone willing to help out. Some women can handle chaos or life struggles, some cannot. Then there are those who murder their children and use post partum depression as an excuse.
Life in prison for her and sterilization is the order of the day for her. Her meticulous planning clearly shows she is not mentally ill nor suffering from PPD.
postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis are two entirely different forms of mental illness. It is people that don't understand that difference is why innocent children die at the hands of their mother. Postpartum psychosis is real and needs to be understood for what it is.

When I was young there was a family who lived on my block. They had 3 adorable kids. The mother killed all 3 of them and then started to chop them up. The husband was at work but when he came home and found what she did. He started helping her finish chopping them up. It was so sad I was crying. My dad really wanted to beat his Ass but the police showed up. It's still sad.

This is absolutely outrageously stupid. And frankly, I鈥檓 tired of it. First thought you murder your children, and you get a lawyer who tries to save postpartum. I鈥檝e seen this so many times with white women, but women of color who do the same crimes they are treated though they鈥檙e the worst criminals in the world. And the prosecutors shouldn鈥檛 fall for this in this white woman鈥檚 case. She murdered her children. My prayers for the family. And for the husband to stand by her evidently he鈥檚 the one crazy unless they鈥檙e two murdered children. Children didn鈥檛 belong to him. She had depression and psychosis both of which she spoke with her husband and her doctor about. None of which were taken seriously enough. She asked for help, and it was not received. Had she received proper mental health and medication, she probably wouldn't be in the predicament she is today. We have no proper understanding of the mental health toll pregnancy take on a woman, let alone how to fully treat them when it does, and then claim to be left stunned when mothers do things like this. It is unfortunate, but let's be real, this was preventable.

I gave birth to five children struggled with bills housing and an Abusive husband , not o ce did I have the urge to hurt or kill my babies! This so called mental illness strikes up to selfish self centered women who want their freedom and spoiled to get what they want with no responsibility ! She deserves to be put in a room where pictures of her poor little dead babies are all around her everyday and never see daylight again death penalty is to good for her!! No sympathy here
