Xylazine is crazy! Literally eats you from the inside out. I'm going to guess, but she was probably bleeding out of her nose from the drug or any open sores on her face. She looks a mess, like she has been on the streets a while dealing with this addiction. It's so incredibly sad to see anyone like this. That drug is so deadly and just taking over people. I heard it takes one use and you are hooked. I hope Cleveland Clinic can help her. Poor woman. Drug addiction is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. When he offered her money, she said she doesn't deserve anything. 😔That's just sad when someone totally gives up on themselves enough to say something like that.
