How do people not realize how justified this was like lmao. Dude threw the gun over the wall and immediately tried climbing over and was far enough ahead of the cops to do so all dude had to do was grab his gun once he hopped over and he’s armed again. The cops weren’t willing to take that risk and I commend them for it
it's not murder...it's law enforcement...this guy fled police in a car, completely disregarding innocent bystanders. He had a gun, and who knows what he did before running from police. He got what he had coming to him...any settlement his family got clearly demonstrats he was worth more dead than alive to his family.

I say put yourself in the officers shoes, let's say a person with a gun came on to your property. Let's say you pulled your fire arm and told them to drop the weapon. The perpetual then decides to toss his gun over the fence in your neighbor's yard. He then tries to climb the fence and possibly retrieve the gun. What do you do. You could let him go into your neighbor's yard or house. You have less than a second to make that decision.
