No, I’m looking at it and OK so she threw the pot of water that missed him by 56 feet whatever there was no more water. There was no more danger. Why did he wait a few seconds and then shoot her I don’t understand this whole logic right here, even if she threw the pot of scolding water it wouldn’t have killed him, you’re only allowed to use deadly force when your life is threatened a half filled 2 quart pot with hot water in. It isn’t gonna take your life, so what argument can you make something?
It’s not justified because she had a mental illness. There was two police officers there one of them could’ve took the pot off the stove while the other one protect and serve she called for help. Evidently she was going through a mental breakdown. And yes, I think it’s like a black and white thing just the other day a man put a gas tank in the oven and try to blow up his house they walked him out. This is calm as can be so there is a difference in deadly force was not the issue you could’ve shot her somewhere else.

I’m not sure how to feel about this situation, I feel like even if she did throw it not saying she did is taking a bullet to the head the answer.
