l would say, "Both", the driver and the construction company. The driver probably has never been in that parking garage where he was before, which made things go bad for him because had he known he would have put his car on a diet to better navigate that 🧱💥🚗 narrow turn and he also should have been driving slower in a parking garage anyhow. Now, the architect who drew the plans for that garage mayhave done so properly, but supposethe actual bosses and the foreman at that site had the construction crews cut corners, and narrow that opening to save space for a 🫢😈 bathroom/🤫👿playroom on the other side of the wall, knowing those walls were going to be too close, making cars have toturn more sharply⁉️🤔💭🤔💭Well that's my thought on that one...The End... 😁😁 LOL

When in challenging situations such as the one shown, care for one's property is needed. The person should have taken their time exiting the parking area. Slow down on the curves and turns. The parking lot should have signs and mandatory speed limits posted 📫 warning ⚠️ the consumers the areas of concern. The owners car 🚗 is severely damaged and it could take months to resolve the issues of car damage claims.Hopefully the insurance for both the owner of the car and the parking lot can work it out, resolving the problems in an expedited manner.
