I just watched a biker, who thought he was above the law, run up the shoulder, at a stopped construction site and hit the flagged. whined like a bitch because he didn't see him. The biker wasn’t in his lane and pulled into traffic so he’s at fault. If he were white then the biker would of got a ticket. I probably would of hit him to.
