I was ordered to be there for a visit with my daughter and we threw a birthday party for my oldest daughter during the visit bc the pos in the video is a malignant narcissist and violates the order CONTINUOUSLY and neither the police or court system are doing anything about it. he was following the entire party around recording everyone even their children in bathing suits. ppl get over your drama filled lives and get your facts straight

I feel the man's stress Albany county is the same way. Police can't do anything but refer him to family court unless there's an iminite threat to the child, the ex can follow you in public places and get away with it. Have it be him showing up @ the same place he's a stalker.The system is eff'd.

It was actually the girls visit with her daughter and court order. Yes he can be there, but he is supposed to distance himself and the entire time the birthday party was going on. He was filming the entire party making everybody uncomfortable not just the party where his daughter is involved in, but other people in the park as well, there’s kids up there in bathing suit numerous people came over to us to tell us. Do you know there’s a man over there filming you the party was only a two hour party. There was no drugs. There was no drinking. It was a kids party, but he deliberately and made everybody uncomfortable so no, she didn’t show up to his visit. It was her visit.

Court order or not recording in public is a constitutionally protected right there’s nothing that can be done about it if it can be seen with the eyes then it can be recorded with the camera. No right to privacy in public.
