Had a rabid racoon at my mama house. neighbor shot it 2x with a .22. once in the chest, then again in the head. dang thing just kept coming. I ran up and whopped it upside it's head with a shovel 3x before it gave up. I think the shovel is a better rabid killing tool than a gun at this point
