Well the public these days are going just crazy bonkers and no respect so employees are fed up with it and don't get payed much anyway.. The people doing all the fighting and stealing deserve to be arrested and charged with the most CRIMES possible as to deter them.

Customers have it in their heads that they can treat employees how ever they want and that they have to take it, but they shouldn’t have to take being mistreated by anyone who expects to do business with the company. They don’t have to take your anger or abusive behavior. Act like an adult or go somewhere else to shop! If you can’t talk civilly to anyone then you have no business being out in public. Use the manners your parents taught you as a child!

I been working at Family Dollar for about 4 years and I am one of the managers and we go through this every day with people. They don't want to pay for security.
I've never seen customer service workers go off like Family Dollars employees. The customers seem to be average. FD spread their employees too thin, no respect for them. I don't see this in Dollar General and Dollar Tree.
