it doesn't work that way, you first gotta bail him out then get an attorney . That's why it's crap that one sheriff officer always is bias and charges someone for what he judges . Then u can be found innocent or acquitted and they keep your I bond $ and your DNAand canteen and phone . Don't wait on a public defender they dont care and to busy to do a good job
