It's Departmental Policy for every Officer to empty all of their Bullets into the suspect just to make sure he is no longer a "Active Threat" which usually requires at least 100-200 bullets being shot into his body just to be on the safe side.

My wife's son was murdered by the local law enforcement when he was laying face down and suffered multiple gunshot wounds that traveled from his calves up to his thighs, from the lower buttocksup into his abdomen, from his upper torso through and out his chest and asphalt in surrounding tissue from rounds hitting the parking lot surface and blasted back into his chest. It's said he was resisting and had a weapon....he was shot 26 times in the back from head to toe while laying face down by four members of local law enforcement. I've seen waaaaay too much of this trend. Breeds zero trust in protection from our local agencies charged with that specific detail.

One of the saddest things about some of these videos I've seen where a person loses their life is when they clearly need mental help & police are not trained for that or to deescalate. Sometimes I think their toolbox only contains hammers.
