yall don't understand 😫...she had this baby out in freezing temps. it was snowing damn near if not and the toddler was in a pamper and no shoes and a shirt. this lady inside the store didn't make a scene. she gir a manager and told them she would the baby a fit and they took the tags and rang them up after dressing the baby. she then called the police and stayed with the child until police arrived. 👏🏾🙌🏾
