Never run upon somebody's car with a pistol and not think they have 1.
this happened in my city Indianapolis at Emerson and thompson I believe and if I remember right it was justified...and obviously the man did not make it..he was a newly wed
he had the gun in his right hand first and switched it to his left hand. He then lifted up the right hand so the person probably thought he was getting ready to point the gun and shoot...it wasn't a smart move
