She should never have to apologize for having Tourettes. The two harassing her should be apologizing for being ignorant and staying ignorant. What little bullies they are telling another child they are uncomfortable around her. One can see how they've been raised to treat someone with an apparent disability as lesser than them. Karma is waiting around the corner to teach them a lesson and it won't be pretty. The young man is outstanding in teaching all three a valuable lesson in behaviors.
