No one can tell you how or how long to grieve. There is no right or wrong way.

I view funerals as the celebration of life and passing. Yes people are mourning and sad but that’s the pain of the loss of them not being around us conversating daily any longer but you can always feel said persons souls presence after they’re gone

I understand what your saying. we all are houses and physical bodies. we cry because of the connection....thats right. that's what HUMANS DO and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. when you start off by saying "...your not supposed to cry or go to a funeral...now your making it a belief or some sort of religion like Hebrew Israelites or something. The creators made us to bed FREE and be HUMAN. We were MADE to cry when we get sad or for whatever the reason is. Man made laws always puts restraints on what we were actually created to do. Ain't nothin wrong with crying for a loved one passing and you can't say that because a person is crying that he/ she is selfish. My brother is homeless and a lot going on in his mental and in and out of jail and I cry even now. Also I will cry when he dies because of the type of life he had to endure that he didn't even ask for. I could go on and on but I believe in consciousness but please don't make consciousness like a man made religion.
