I use to live in DC on Staton Rd., Howard Gardens, yes thats the stop were Berry Farm use to be. I heard they are not there anymore. Berry Farm use to be crazy back in the day.

Navy yard is a recently manufactured neighborhood in DC to be a destination neighborhood but it really doesn't have any history or culture or anything just overpriced Apartments where people say it's the location but that makes property valuable in DC but it's just wherever white people are that the value of the property change has nothing to do with the location still the same place just filled with different people
