I use to live in SE, DC in the late 70's all of the 80's had some good times. Spent most of my time in Arlington VA, and Oxenhill MD. Moved back to my home town NJ in the early 90's. There was a lot of murders all of the 80's not so much anymore.
This would've been an award winning clip if it ended showing 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW as a "high crime" area.
They should have went straight to the White House 😂
