Key point ... subject to the jurisdiction thereof. there are plenty of individuals who come to this country pregnant with the intent on delivering a baby here. it's called anchor baby. then they take the child back to the country that they are from. They are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

The 14th Amendment: The Constitution states, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States". Most legal scholars argue that this cannot be changed by an executive order, only by a constitutional amendment. Trump will be knocked down again by the courts.

Parents of babies are not legal citizens. Those can still leave by either taken their baby with them, or put into another home to be raised as a citizen here. If choice to take, then that child as adult can come back to claim their status. 🤔

If a baby is born from a non-citizen, they shouldn't be entitled to citizenship if someone is naturalized in the US they should only be deported and taking their citizenship away if they committed crimes.
