So Trump "backs down" after NATO offers a deal like he wanted in the first place? Yeah, NATO sure taught him a lesson... right after realizing A) They couldn't actually secure Greenland against anybody WITHOUT America, let alone against America B) NATO without America amounts to a lot of prime real estate that Russia or China would be happy "take off their hands" because they lack the military defenses to stop them C) If Trump landed those tariffs on NATO members that were "fighting" America taking control of Greenland defense and America helping develop the region's transportation and minerals that NATO would get hurt far worse than America by economic tariffs. I think this article is a little confused as to who backed down and why... 🤔
