🤔 The list she gave certainly plays a factor, but I think a major reason is because we don’t come together as a family/community to achieve one goal. We’d rather stand as individuals and hate on one another (generally speaking) when one of us has the slightest bit of motion. For example… where I live, all the hood gas stations are owned by the A-rabs. They came together as a family, pooled all their 💵 and bought the business. Then once they got enough ROI… wash, rinse and repeat. Most black folks would rather be wage slaves instead of a business owner. It is what it is 🤷🏿

I strongly agree with this lady. Everything in this list is true. I listen to a lot of political lives on TikTok. I’ve learned that white men have always run this country. There lies the problem. Sadly, most white men can’t and have never been fair to blacks. There have been some advancement for blacks through legislation. There needs to be a lot more. This administration that’s in off is trying to roll much of that back. One way I have learned to counter what’s being done is to join forces with brown ppl and vote some of the racist white men out and put ppl who look and think like us in. If you’re interested in listening to some of the TikTok creators, here’s a list: Zeus, Casso, Ant 2.O, Fee talks Back, Sajidah, Sweet Peaches, and the list goes on and on. These and many other creators bring historical and current facts that dispel myths and lies about black and brown ppl. Tune in and follow the ones you like. You will be very enlightened. Be blessed!

I'm a black man, you'll not listening, facts on what she saying,us as people of color, we had a lot of obstacles in our life, either you fight or you give up, have you noticed in low income neighborhoods, we , don't harass we welcome, but if we go to a predominantly white neighborhood,we already being judge, So yes we shall overcome, and that's what they are afraid of, yes we as black people have a lot of work to do, Quiet as kept, we are loving people,once you get to know us, yes you can't trust people these days, overall we are good people, just like any race, and all race have Evil!!!

Exactly. Black people aren't lazy and paranoid. There are real reasons why their ability to access life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness have been overwhelmed with the stated "work arounds" in this society.
She addressing the question that is made by many about why black ppl can’t get it together! Yes, many of us have done well for ourselves. But sometimes the listing above has been real road blocks put in place to ensure we don’t/ did not rise up! Some of these things are still in place…the after effects still resonate with us! Trump wants all this back…loudly displayed!!

There are neighborhoods today, in January 2026, that will not sell/rent a home to a person of colour. The town was built for others. The G.I. Bill, Social Security was never intended to be for people of colour.

Also, our Government gave Irish, Italians, Asians and Middle Eastern’s the Business loans and grants, but not to Black Americans. You may live in Dearborn. You pay $30 for full cover. I pay $130 a month for no fault Insurance. I had no accident of bad driving record. Our Government oppress Blacks on purpose. They do not want us to have wealth. They do everything possible to keep us poor. They are doing the same thing to Africa. They take and take and take. Why do you think they have not paid African Americans Reparation. I forgot to say this. Many ppl say stop asking the govt for assistance. I need the govt to stop taking my taxes. By the grace of God, my husband and I live a comfortable life, due to us wising up early on how to manage our funds, while investing in retirement accts and real-estate. We personally don’t need govt assistance, but our neighbors do, neighbors being poor ppl, or someone who fell on hard times. That’s where I want my tax dollars to go. Not in rich ppl’s accts!!
