This oath is REQUIRED by the US Constitution and PRESCRIBED BY LAW. Of course they should, for they are violating the Federal Immigration laws. The Constitution gives the Federal government the right to protect our borders and country, and give the Federal government supersede over state laws, and those cities and states can't make laws, against a federal law. That means no city or state can create a law, call sanctuary. So, arrest and imprison these city council members, state Legislatures members for violating Federal Immigration laws of Aiding and Abetting illegal aliens to stay in our country illegally, which is a felony.
