Blowing sunshine, smoke, and mirrors up Trump's nether regions is their full-time job. Their earned title is, "Sychophant" and they allow Trump to think he's loved by everyone and should be president for life. In reality, Trump is mostly held in contempt, appears to be completely and disastrously mentally ill, and isn't fit to continue as president this term.
