Why does the Senate keep voting on proposals that haven't been debated. We know Congress is inept but now the Senate. This administration has tried to rid Americans of government assistance to Healthcare. Who will insure that Americans have insurance or a place to use it?

Extending - one time - extra subsidies for 3 years does not work towards solving the problem. Need to require insurance providers to offer monthly premium similar to those they offer for large group employer plans.
