The illegal imigrant (man?) from El Salvador was never wrongfully deported. The destination (per what now the defense claims to be irrelavent) was not appropriate, and they wish to file for asylum. Something that should never be considered, based upon his own repetitive actions.

The MS 13 Wife Beater isn't an Asylum Seeker. International Law written by Amnesty International defines an Asylum Seeker as person who has left their country seeking protection from persecution and human rights violations. Asylum must be claimed in the first safe country the asylum seeker reaches. (The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article14). Specifically, the First Safe Country rule allows refusal of asylum if a seeker has already passed through a country where they could have claimed asylum. The law doesn't allow for the claiming of asylum in THE COUNTRY OF ONE'S CHOICE. Migrants, btw, are not Asylum Seekers. Migrants aren't fleeing persecution; they left their country purely for financial/economic reasons. In conclusion, few if any of these alleged Asylum Seekers meet the First Safe Country Principle and the US can't accept every Wife Beater on the planet who simply wants to better his economic standing by selling drugs to our kidsn. Country Shopping is not how it works.

Why is this drain on our system still here? We need to mandate that every liberal and demo start paying his way, and taking him in to live with them. They can alternate.
