President Trump asked why we only seem to take in immigrants from Third World craphole countries and never from places like Norway and Sweden. Well, aside from the fact that far fewer people want to leave countries like Norway and Sweden, there are basically two reasons. First, many people see the U.S. role in immigration as serving as the world's soup kitchen and charity ward. Obviously, we cannot afford to do that and take in all the world's poor people. Second, many people, especially white liberals, and white liberal women in particular, have been maleducated through critical theory and the Howard Zinn version of American history into believing that white people are uniquely evil and deserve punishment and replacement. It doesn't matter that many of them are white themselves. They see black and brown immigrants, legal or otherwise, as above criticism and certainly above our immigration laws.
