The Geneva Conventions prohibit the killing of survivors of a bombing by treating them as "hors de combat" (out of the fight), meaning they are protected from violence. This includes civilians and wounded soldiers who are no longer able to fight. The conventions forbid murder, cruel treatment, and torture of these individuals. Protected status: Anyone no longer able to participate in hostilities, including wounded or sick soldiers and civilians, is protected under the conventions. Prohibition of violence: Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions specifically prohibits "violence to life and person, in particular murder of all kinds" against these individuals. She's such a liar.
