These lawyers are ethically responsible to tell the truth. Backdating anything demonstrates a complete failure of an attorneys ethics. Passing the bar includes an ethics exam, Bondi knows better than to back date anything and submit it as true. Halligan knew she was not appointed on the back dated document and continued prosecuting. Both should be very worried about losing their licenses to practice law.

it seems pretty useless to appeal it it might get all the way to the Supreme Court it probably will but the fact of the matter is the Supreme Court will have to be really really corrupt to overturn that because it's written in the Constitution that they have to be voted in by Congress or the Senate so I don't see how Supreme Court can overturn that unless they're really corrupt
