Obedience is required only for lawful orders and following an illegal order can result in criminal liability. Article 92 of the UCMJ, failure to obey order or regulation. This article punishes service members who, willfully disobey lawful orders, failed to obey lawful general orders regulations. The key must be lawful. And unlawful order is not protected by article 92.Article 90, willfully disobeying a superior, also applies only to lawful orders. If an order is unlawful, a service member has the right and duty to refuse it.
The person claiming people guilty of treason is the one guilty of that particular crime . If anyone deserves the sentence he is proclaiming is he himself.

The punishment for seditious treason according to Article III section 3 of the U S. constitution if found guilty can be punishable by the death penalty. It has been used in 1961, so it can be sought.
