This is all on the democrats. Its Schumers Shutdown. When there has been a CLEAN Continuing Resolution on the table since the start... and the democrats are refusing to vote YES to open the government for the 14th time. When the Unions like the Teamsters and the Federal Workers Union are telling the Democrats to vote yes on the CLEAN CR that they have voted 'Yes' on 13 times before. When Katherine Clarke, D. (Majority Whip) and Chris Coons, D. are stating on the record that they are using peoples financial pain as 'Leverage' ... Yes it is the Democrats Shutdown. Own it.
